Did we receive a full monthly pack?
Board-grade stewardship for your body corporate.
One official repository for every monthly management report — so today’s trustees and tomorrow’s directors open the same record, not a folder of forwarded PDFs.

Four questions every board should answer
Levy Lens helps trustees answer them consistently — month after month, not only in the meeting room.
Are levy collection and cash getting worse?
What must we ask the managing agent this month?
When trustees rotate, does the record stay?
One clear monthly view — no spreadsheet battles
Before the trustee meeting, everyone should see the same levies, arrears, reserves, and what changed since last month.
Clear monthly summary
Key figures and “what to ask” in plain English — not a pile of PDFs the night before the meeting.
Levies & cash
Collection rates, arrears, trust balance, and unusual expenses — what finance directors look for first.
Official report repository
Every monthly pack stored by period — current trustees review it; future directors inherit the same history.
Pack completeness
Flags missing sections in management packs and tracks completeness trends over time.
Director portfolios
Analysis grouped by Finance, Infrastructure, Security, and Governance — each trustee sees their brief.
Supporting documents
Bank statements, municipal reports, and monthly files stored by reporting period for safe handover.
Email is not how boards should work
May’s pack arrives as attachments, forwards, and “final v3.pdf”. Even sharp directors lose track. Levy Lens gives one official repository each month — the same numbers for the chair, finance portfolio, and the directors who join next year.
- One upload per month — PDF or Excel, plus supporting documents
- Directors sign in to review — no digging through inboxes
- Retired trustees lose access; incoming directors see the full history
- Independent of your managing agent — your board controls access
Three steps each month
Same rhythm most estates already follow — we make it visible and easy for every director.
Full walkthroughUpload the monthly report
Your Estate Manager or an authorised director uploads the pack and any supporting documents for that month.
Open your analysis
Directors sign in and see the summary, trends, and questions for the meeting — usually ready in under a minute.
Run the trustee meeting
Everyone prepared from the same official view — not different PDF versions.

Common questions
Plain answers — no technical background needed. Expand any question for a straight answer trustees can use in meetings.
Is Levy Lens from our managing agent?
No. Levy Lens is operated by Tech Oasis Systems and is independent of your managing agent. Your board controls uploads and who can sign in.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Upload one management report and receive full Levy Lens analysis at no charge. Choose a paid plan when you want ongoing monthly uploads.
Who uploads the monthly report?
Your Estate Manager or a director with upload rights adds the monthly pack. Other trustees sign in to review — they do not need upload rights.
Is our information safe?
Yes. Each estate has its own secure workspace. Access is limited by role, with POPIA in mind. Other schemes cannot see your numbers.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can open email and browse the web, you can use Levy Lens. The summary is written for trustees, not IT teams.
Is this only for very large estates?
No. Townhouses, cluster schemes, golf estates, and large sectional-title developments all use Levy Lens — from 80 units to 500+.
